3 Easy Safe Ways to Root Your Android Phone Without Pc

Rooting an android phone can be likened to a promotion.

It's like moving from the position of a user to the position of an administrator.

You might have come across the term "android rooting" if you've been using an android phone for a while, but if you've not or you just got your android phone newly, the statements above are a perfect explanation for what rooting an android phone is.

Rooting your android phone simply means modifying your android operating system to gain some privileges called "root access" which were originally hidden from you.

With a rooted phone you gain super privileges and can do so many things which cannot be done on a non-rooted (normal) phone.

Sometimes things can go wrong

Rooting an android phone can go bad sometimes. You can brick your phone if you don't follow the rooting instructions carefully.

Below i've listed 3 safe and easy to use apps that you can use to root your android phone.

NOTE:
1. Rooting your Android device will void your warranty and it should be done at your own risk.
2. Make sure app installation from "Unknown Sources" is ticked in your phone Settings > Security, else you won't be able to install these apps.
3. You don't need to download all the apps. Just download one and use. If the one you downloaded is unable to root your phone, try another app.

1. King Root

Step 1: Download and install King Root app on your phone.
Step 2: Enable your phone internet connection (not compulsory for some device), then launch King Root.

Step 3: Wait for all checks to be complete and click the center button to begin rooting
(The button with "Root" and some Chinese texts inscribed on it)

Step 4: Wait for rooting to complete.

You should see a green tick to confirm that rooting was successful. If not, King Root can't root your phone, use any other app below.

2. Kingo Root
Step 1: Download and install Kingo Root app on the android phone you want to root.
Step 2: Launch "Kingo Root" and click "One Click Root" to start the rooting process.

Step 3: Wait for a few seconds till the result screen appear.

If you see a Root Succeeded screen, you've successfully rooted your phone. Else Kingo Root cannot root your phone, try another app.

3. Framaroot

Step 1: Go to your Settings > Applications > Development, enable "USB Debugging".
Step 2: Download Frameroot and install it. (Downloading the latest version is recommended)
Step 3: Launch the app and follow the instructions of the screen.

- If a popup saying "Your device seems not vulnerable to exploit included in Framaroot" appears after launching the app, it means Framaroot can't root your phone. Uninstall it and use another app.

Step 5: Select "Install SuperSU" and click "bolomir" or "barahir" button.

- The process of rooting might take a few minutes.

- When it's done, reboot your device.

You have successfully rooted your phone.
